Feeling overwhelmed?
Many clients come to CBT feeling over-whelmed, stuck or unsure how to move forward. You may be struggling with persistent worry, low mood, low self-esteem, negative thinking patterns, or difficulties coping with stress. You might notice your thoughts quickly spiral, everyday tasks feel heavier than they should, or you are avoiding situations that once felt manageable. You may also experience low self esteem, leading to self doubt, harsh self criticism and difficulty feeling confident in daily life.
How I can help
If you are struggling with worry, low mood, low self-esteem or stress, CBT offers practical tools to help you regain control. In our sessions we work together to understand what’s driving your distress and identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck. As a CBT therapist, I will support you in developing clearer, more balanced ways of thinking, building healthier habits and strengthening your ability to cope with difficult moments.
The goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident and equipped to handle everyday challenges with greater ease.
I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions tailored to your unique needs.
My work focuses on helping clients manage a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including depression, trauma, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem or difficulties managing worry or overwhelming thoughts.
Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Trauma-focused CBT, I offer a collaborative and compassionate approach, supporting you to better understand your experiences and develop practical strategies to help you to move forward. Whether your difficulties feel recent or long-standing, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you to create meaningful lasting change.
Whether you prefer to speak to a CBT therapist or counsellor in-person or online, my aim is to offer a supportive and confidence-building experience where you feel heard, understood and guided every step of the way.
All clients, including those with Bupa Insurance, can contact me via the contact form to arrange a free 15-minutes telephone session to discuss your needs.
CBT sessions are £70 for a 50 minute session.
